They cover your use of this website and describe how we take on work. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.

The website

Everything here is provided for information. We keep it accurate but make no promise that it is complete or current, and nothing on it is a binding offer or professional advice. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Engagements

Work begins only under a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timing, fees and confidentiality. Where those terms and this page disagree, that agreement wins. Prices are not published here because engagements are scoped individually after an audit.

Intellectual property

The content, wording, design and code of this site belong to Graphnoe. Ownership of work produced during an engagement is set out in that engagement’s agreement, not here.

Systems that use AI

Systems built on language models produce output that can be wrong. We build evaluation and human review into what we deliver, and we will tell you plainly where a system should not be trusted unattended, but no such system is guaranteed to be correct in every case. The responsibility for how a deployed system is used sits with the client operating it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability for an engagement is capped and defined in that engagement’s agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
