Who we are
Graphnoe builds AI automation systems for businesses. You can reach us at hello@graphnoe.com about anything on this page, including a request to delete what we hold.
What this website collects
This site does not run advertising, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell or share data with advertisers.
- Your theme choice is kept in your own browser using local storage so the site does not flash the wrong colours on your next visit. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
- Your cookie choice, if you make one, is stored the same way, so we do not ask again.
- Server logs. Our web server records requests, including IP address, timestamp and user agent, which is necessary to run the site securely. Logs rotate and are discarded.
If you contact us or book a call
When you email us, we hold your message and address for as long as needed to answer and to keep a record of the conversation. If you book a call, that scheduling is handled by a third-party booking provider, which will process the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
Work we do for clients
When we build a system for a client we act as a processor on their instructions, and the client remains the controller of the personal data in it. That relationship is set out in the written agreement for the engagement, not in this policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to object to how we use it, or to receive a copy. Write to hello@graphnoe.com and we will respond. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Governing law for this policy is Uzbekistan.
