AI automation

The growth partner for
fast-moving B2B teams

We build voice agents, chat assistants and workflow automation that take over the work your people repeat all day, so you answer faster, close more, and grow without growing payroll.

  • Recruiting and staffing
  • Agencies
  • Clinics and practices
  • Professional services
  • SaaS teams

The problem

The work that decides your revenue is the work that queues

Somebody in your business answers the same questions every day. Somebody copies the same fields between two systems. Somebody calls a lead back tomorrow because they were on another call today.

None of it is hard. All of it is repetitive, and repetitive work done by people is slow, expensive and inconsistent at exactly the moments volume spikes.

That is the gap worth automating. Narrow, well defined jobs where a machine can be held to a standard, connected properly to the tools you already pay for.

What we build

Three things we build

Voice agents

01

Answer every call, day or night

  • Books straight into your calendar
  • Writes the call and its outcome to your CRM
  • Passes real prospects to a human

Chat assistants

02

Answer customers from your own documents

  • Replies in seconds on WhatsApp or your site
  • Uses your content, not the open internet
  • Escalates instead of guessing

Workflow automation

03

Stop paying people to move data around

  • Connects the tools you already run
  • Drafts outreach for a human to approve
  • Runs on schedule and reports what it did

How we work

Paid discovery first, always

We do not quote a build before we understand your process. The first engagement is small, fixed in scope, and yours to keep whether or not you continue.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Two weeks looking at what your team repeats and where enquiries go cold. You leave with a written plan and a scope we both agree on.

  2. 02

    Build

We build it, connect it to your existing tools, and test it against your own cases. You approve what it says before a customer hears it.

  3. 03

    Run

We keep it current as your business changes, watch it in production, and report monthly on what it handled and what it passed to a person.

Questions

The things people ask before booking

How much does this cost?

Every business runs differently, so we scope after the audit rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most readers. The audit itself is a fixed price agreed before it starts, and it is credited against a build if you go ahead.

How long does a build take?

A first working system is usually weeks rather than months, because we deliberately start with one narrow job rather than everything at once. The audit gives you a timeline for your specific case before you commit.

Do you replace our staff?

No. These systems take the repetitive first pass: the same eight questions, the copying between two tools, the enquiry that arrives at midnight. Your people get the work that actually needs judgement.

What happens to our data?

It stays in your systems. Retrieval runs against your own documents, and where possible embeddings are computed locally rather than sent to a third party. Anything we touch during an engagement is covered by the written agreement for it.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

It will, occasionally, which is why nothing that changes state runs unattended by default. Actions that send, book or write are proposed and wait for a person. We also build evaluation suites so a change in behaviour is caught before your customers meet it.

Will it work with the tools we already use?

That is the point. We connect to your CRM, calendar, inbox and databases rather than asking you to move. If something genuinely cannot be integrated, the audit finds that out before you have spent money on a build.

Where we start

Start with an audit

Two weeks, fixed scope. We find the work your team repeats every day and tell you honestly what is worth automating. The findings are yours either way.

Every business runs differently, so we scope and price after the audit rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for you.

What you get

  • The three tasks costing you the most hours
  • What your existing tools will and will not allow
  • A plan with what to build first and what to leave alone
  • An honest answer if the payback is not there

Get started

Tell us what your team keeps repeating

Thirty minutes, no charge. Bring your process and the tools you run, and we will tell you honestly whether this is worth building for you. If it is not, we will say so.
